The market surely

is emotional. Up and down, down and up. I have no control over it. But I do have control towards myself! (I hope so). At this moment, my account reaches a new high and I only did one ES trade.
  • Follow the trading plan. Only trade when the setup is there.
  • Don't over trade.
  • Don't lose MONEY.
  • Don't get emotional while trading! (Hmmm, I need to work on that).
  • Treat the account like an bank account. (Don't expect to get rich in one day! Don't gamble.)
  • Treat the market like an ATM .
