Breaking out.  NQ is 4613. HA!

The balance is still at the highest YTD.

I already have ideas what to do about my existing positions.

7/15/15 Wed update

 I'm reducing the positions.  I don't want to hold NQs anymore.  I only have ES now.

The account balance is higher than yesterday.

7/14/15 Tuesday Update

Trend continues. I'm good for now and will wait for more action in the last hour. (I guess that I will probably end up doing nothing. )

Update at 8:10am: I add more long positions.

   It looks like that I will get more money tomorrow too. Let's see. I'm done for the day

It is painful to review the past.

I'm spending one hour every night to copy the old data from google+ to my local drive. It really is painful to review the past. It really sucks. I have spent so many time actively on the market since I started my current job 9 years ago. Many time I made money little by little and then gave all back and lose more in one day.  It even happened in early 2013.  I gradually changed after that.

7/13/15 Monday update

I'm good for now.

Next Week(Jul 12th-- Jul 18th)

  Deal or no deal in Greece?  Chinese stock crashing? Blah, blah and blah,   "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn". The more you focus on news, the more you will get lost. It eventually will come down to the only one important factor: PRICE.  I bought 1 ES long to hedge my existing positions 30 minutes after the future market opened.

 It is the earning season again. I don't want to be bearish, at least I want to be neutral.

 I think I'm going to win again this week. Let's see.

Data is not lost.

   It is still in Google+. I have been coping the pictures one by one to put them into my local drive and upload  them back to the blogger.

   I have a lot of chance to review the old notes. It is a very good practice for me.

   There is no free meal in the stock market. I truly have worked hard to reach wherever I'm at now.

  Today the balance is at the highest YTD despite all the drama we've seen last couple weeks.  There is still a lot of uncertainty in the future. But I handle it better and better each time.

  I'm not aware that the pictures on the blogger actually are stored at picasa. I went to picasa and tried to change the permissions of the images from " Limited, anyone with the link (edit)" to something else. When I go to the blogger again, and I found all of the images are GONE!

 You can find some of my old post, all images are just GONE.

  It is too late and I did it to my personal stock dairy blog too. As a result, I've lost  9 years hard-working data! 

  I don't think I have time to update and maintain this site for a while.  I'm so exhausted and tired.

I don't even want to trade anymore.

  Google sucks!

Weekly summary

  Yup. It is a losing week.  I'm not saying $4.5K is nothing. But I can manage it. Look at the bright side, it is better than the market performance last week.

 Actually I was making money yesterday at the opening if I closed everything. But my style is to hold the position and I will feel something missing if I don't have any position.

  I'm not in a hurry to get the loss back such as revenge trade or something similar.  I think I will enjoy the weather more than the stock market now.

Chinese stock market has lost £1.5 trillion in the last three weeks!

 I don't play Chinese stock at all.  That is the old news already.

The market fell to 3,686.92. Why do people think it is OK to buy the dip? Check out the chart, it is scary!


I feel so bad for people who lost money in the free fall! I truly do since my own dad keeps depositing money to average down the losing positions.

7/2/15 Thursday update

   I forgot about writing an update since there is not much to be said today. I've not traded yet and may adjust some positions in the end.

   I start the second half year trading with a weekly loss. Actually it is a good thing. It makes me humble.

7/1/15 Wednesday update

   A strong uptrend day. I believe that we haven't seen today's high yet.
The position is pretty balanced and no trade is needed.  I will check the market later the day.

   Hmm,  I'm confident what I can do to make a steady income if I have no job. I don't need to speculate what the market will do tomorrow, or the next day or  next week like most people do. I don't need to eye-ball the chart to look for patterns to make a perfect entry or exit. I just adjust positions based on what the market tells me, which already happens and is a lot easier and reliable.


 Oh, well. I love my job. Don't give me wrong.

Update at 10AM.

 I was wrong and the market is not that strong after all.  I haven't done anything yet. I want to be careful and don't want to get hurt in the Grace drama. My positions are normal and I can add long or short later any time.

Update at 12:50PM.

 I added some short positions to protect myself from the market action after the NFP report tomorrow.  I 'm fine if the market goes higher but I need to be make sure that I'm protected.
