On the other hand, I have to pay a lot of tax on the following account since they are all short-term gains! Yes, more than 5 digit gain this week can't make me happy. I will not trade on this account until I find a way to improve my 401K performance. I will sell everything and go back to the funds that the company provides if the situation doesn't change. It is really frustrating that it is almost end of March, I can only make 2K with a lot of studies and efforts.

I'm really getting frustrated.
