8/21/12 Tuesday

It is a VERY BAD day for me. I didn't follow my plan which was to reduce the longs at the opening. I did the opposite and I pretty much averaged down losing positions. I shut down the application and I need to think about a way to get out! I drank two bears already and am still at work! Trading is no fun when the direction is totally wrong!

    Don't panic. That is what they want you to do. By my analysis, the uptrend isn't over. We needed to exhale since the Bulls were getting too comfortable in a one sided market. IMO, are entering reload territory for longs.
