July summary

I'm still not happy that at 1pm they collected my positions. But I've collected $XXXX this month. It is slightly more than last month. I will take a break since I'm assigned to a new project. Once I speed up with the new project, I will come back trading again

7/31/12 Tuesday

It was my position!! I set a protected stop and they collected it!! 1,371.25 !! Man. I should have booked the profit instead of waiting for tomorrow. Geeze!!

7/30/12 Monday

The market consolidated with very small trading range and Vix jumped almost 8%. (That is why I have a daily job or else I would have felt bored). I added more positions and will adjust them on Wednesday morning.

7/27 Friday update.

It has been a very stressful week for sure. The ES range is from 1321 to 1385. It is crazy. I'm glad it is over and I ended up making money. Have a nice weekend.

7/27/12 Friday

I woke up at 4am since I have some concerns about my positions. So I reduced some delta just now. Now I feel better and go back to sleep. I still have positive delta. I will post the update later. Sigh!!

7/26/12 Thursday

I tried to get a screen shot from IB, but it only shows today's trade.So I went to the account statement and copied the result from there. I will cut some swing position with $200 loss tomorrow. It is a stock position. I don't like to bet on earnings but its earning date is on next Monday. I probably will do nothing except that. That is why I post tonight. I don't do DT but do the weekly swing trading. I pretty much closed the positions I opened last week and opened new positions and dynamically adjust them.

I resume posting. Probably you still remember me, I stopped posting 3 months ago but I never stopped trading. I went through couple bull and bear cycles so that I know deeply in my heart that if you know how to cut loss, you are already a top 5% trader. I will not post PL on daily bases since I'm not a day trader. (I was one before).
